Ｎｏ７　ブエノスアイレスには美しい公園が沢山あり、ここに１１月末（春）のPlaza San Martin(サンマルティン広場)を紹介します。紫のジャガランダ（Jagaranda、ハガランダ）が新緑に映えてことさら美しく、新参者を歓迎。　

There are many beautifuku parks in Buenos Aires. One of them is Plaza San Martin here. Jagarandas in full bloom in late November (spring) are especially pretty in Buenos Aires, welcoming new comers saying ¡Bienvenidos!

「ジャガランダと新緑」Jagaranda and Fresh Green

とても大きな木「オンブ」がサンマルティン広場に中にある。「オンブ」は樹齢２００年とも言われ、一つの枝だけでも幅は２０ｍもあり、その大きさに驚く（真夏に撮影、2006 年1月23日）。

In the midst of Plaza San Martin is a huge tree called Ombu. It is said to be 200 years old. One big horizontal branch as seen in the photo is more than 20 meter long. The scale stuns every newcomer very much. January 23, 2006
